We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends, and providing insights to help drive business growth. As a Business Analyst, you will need to be proficient in working with numbers, have experience in sales and retail, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data and provide insights to help identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with various teams to develop strategies and implement initiatives aimed at improving business performance.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide recommendations on areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all business functions.
Create financial models and projections to support business decision making.
Participate in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
Provide feedback and recommendations to management on ways to improve business performance
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on sales and retail.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft BI.
