الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: · Assist the Field sales manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies and plans. · Identify opportunities in the market for introduction of new products and recommend the same to the Field sales manager and Channel manager. · Assist the Field sales manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives. · Understand departmental financial data to determine the happenings in the CPD division. Review financial data that affects the department’s profit centers. · Assist the Field sales manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets. · Closely monitor sales status for Sales executives and create a report for the same and present to the Field sales manager and Channel manager. · Keep a close tab on the competitors to keep abreast of new launches, various promotions, discounts etc. being introduced and update the channel manager regularly. · Identify sales opportunities in the market and pass the leads onto the field sales manager while trying to tap the prospective customer. · Provide price quotes to the customers after careful assessment of the requirements and use discretion within the defined pricing guidelines. · Work in coordination with sales executives, to provide support in tapping and closing of deals and also resolve any issues that may arise. Escalate any un-resolvable issues to the field sales manager. · Monitor the market and provide feedback to the division manager on product movement. · Ensure the debt levels are in line with the division targets through close coordination with the sales executives for collections. · Negotiate the yearly contract and ensure it is implemented as per the agreement throughout the contract period. · Create a time and route plan on a periodic basis for all sales executives for carrying out their daily sales tasks. · Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Field sales manager. · Coordinate with support team to ensure that all installations and requirements of the client are met. · Assist the Field sales manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. · Responsible for end-to-end relationship handling with assigned major accounts. · Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers (under his/her team). · Resolve any customer related issues and escalate the same to the Field sales manager. · Coordinate with suppliers so as to ensure that quality and time commitment is as per expectations. · Inspire and motivate the sales executive(s) to achieve targets. · Evaluate sales executives in terms of their overall performance and recommend to the Channel manager, the high performers within the team. · Follow and implement the Perfect Store result by 70%, Availability 95%, and Listing within 1 month. المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. Experience: 3 – 7 years of experience in Sales. Experience as a Sales Coordinator is preferred.
