Supervise and oversee the work of the parts department staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
Maintain inventory levels of parts to ensure availability to meet organizational needs, including monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and tracking shipments.
Monitor the quality of parts received, ensuring they meet organizational standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot parts-related problems and collaborate with other departments to identify and implement solutions.
Manage the parts department budget, ensuring spending stays within allocated limits.
Generate reports on parts department performance, including inventory levels, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries about parts.
Continuously improve parts department efficiency and customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and working with other departments to implement changes.
Salary Range: 400-500KWD
