The Sales Consultant is responsible for consulting and ensuring the execution of all sales activities, sales plan and achievement of sales targets.
Ensure fulfilment of sales forecast and strategic plan to ensure optimization and profitability of URC projects
Develop ground level research to identify buyers or customers interested in URC development properties and investments
Conduct sales activities and day-to-day operations, including checks on prospective clients, documentation, and the coordinating with clients
Record progress of enquiries and create regular reports, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the Direct Sales Manager
Prepare a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking
Ensure follow up and compliance on documents related to sale and coordinate contracting activities like purchase agreements and contracts, loan documentation on behalf of client, etc.
File all related documents and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Provide customers with clarifications, answer their queries, provide requested information and follow-up with them
Do a basic evaluation of buyer credit report and perform applicable background checks to ensure buyer falls within URC’s guidelines
Actively participate in assigned Cross Functional Teams (CFT) and ensure timely dissemination of information to CFT
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by Direct Sales Manager
Research competitors’ activities and study their projects
Strive to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role
Work to ensure that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Business Management, a higher diploma is a plus
Experience in commercial real estate or sales experience is preferred
Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
0-3 years’ experience in a similar field
