Manage configuration and installation of IT software on laptops, desktops and servers. This includes software used in Gulf Cryo and Life Center / Arcadia businesses (POS/Retail)
Resolve all IT support incidents and service requests in accordance with the associated service level agreements (SLA)
Manage and maintain all user support information in the IT ServiceDesk system, including ticket classification, prioritization, escalation, and actions
Assist in administration and management of Gulf Cryo and its operating companies’ networks, systems, messaging and related technologies and services
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as they arise.
Proactively monitor related IT infrastructure to ensure systems and networks operate without any interruptions
Provides IT system training to company staff, including user onboarding and IT Security awareness policies and guidance
Demonstrate IT as a proactive business support partner
Support technical implementation and ongoing maintenance of Information Security solutions in response to the changing cyber-security threat landscape
Follow all IT Change Management processes and best practices to minimize risk of business system outages by properly planning, testing, and documenting system changes
Perform administration of on-premises and cloud software and systems as needed
Support evaluation of new technology solutions and equipment to help identify cost-effective ways of delivering required functionality, including participating in new IT system testing
المهارات
Minimum 5 years of network administration, IT support and/or operations working experience, preferably with certification in Microsoft, Cisco technologies and awareness or certification of ITIL v4 Foundation, with technical knowledge of a broad variety of IT systems.
Knowledge of POS/retail systems, and IT Helpdesk applications is a strong advantage.
Excellent level of English proficiency, Arabic is a plus.
