Contribute to the installation of hardware components and activities like bug fixes and updates.
Helping clients and consumers in evaluating the extent of a specific problem to offer useful solutions.

Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various components in the computing inventory.
Proficient in catering to IT software installation and fault finding as per demand.
Adept in attending to remotely installing, upgrading, and repairing requests of individual computer parts.
