Create designs and plans for construction projects based on client needs and specifications
Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
Oversee the construction process to ensure that the final product meets the client’s expectations
Manage and coordinate with other members of the design team, including engineers and contractors
Ensure that all designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations
Review and analyze project proposals to determine feasibility, timeframes, and budget constraints
Attend client meetings and present design proposals
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in designing and drawing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A portfolio of previous work demonstrating design skills and experience
