Responsible for implementing Andalus Electronics annual Samsung Sales business and operational plans and developing strategic Sales opportunities for all Samsung Products (AV/ HA with Independent Retailers and COOPs), to ensure year end profitability and growth targets are met and aligned with Andalus Electronics strategic business requirements in line with Andalus Electronics standards and procedures.
Assist in the development of the Sales Department’s strategic plans and identifying the long-term direction in order to support the Andalus Electronics business plans.
Review the operating results of the Samsung Sales and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
Manage and advise the medium to longer-term operations of the Samsung Sales by providing expertise, encouraging employees and ensuring teamwork, providing leadership, and facilitating the integration of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards in a motivated work environment at Andalus Electronics.
Assist in the Development and maintenance of the Samsung Sales annual budget in order to ensure that adequate provisions are made for all activities.
Monitor and control expenditure against approved budget and reconcile budget variances to ensure on-target performance against budgets.
Ensure that the Sales Department’s policies, systems, processes and procedures are implemented to ensure the consistent and systematic application of the Sales best practices.
Monitor and oversee the Samsung Sales operations and ensure that the implementation of all related activities is in line with the Department’s policies, procedures and standards to achieve the overall strategic Business Objectives of Andalus Electronics.
Manage the development of Samsung sales forecast, sales targets and monthly/ annual sales plans taking into consideration market trends, economic conditions and competitive environment.
Ensure that all Sales activities pertaining to Samsung Brand are implemented in line with the Sales plan and set timeframe.
Monitor the Samsung Sales operating results (i.e. sales numbers in terms of value and volume, new customers, etc.) and compare them to the Sales Department’s goals and objectives, in order to ensure sales plans are properly implemented.
Monitor the Samsung Sales Section Employees, to ensure the adherence to overall goals, strategies, and established policies and procedures.
Monitor and identify the Samsung Sales Section’s operational Risk, review the same with the Direct Manager and implement appropriate systems to manage and minimize these risks.
Provide advice and approval for managing crisis/ emergencies and ensuring the continuity of the Samsung Sales Section’s operations.
Review progress reports submitted by Samsung Sales Section Sales Team, compare actual performance with the projected business goals in order to identify any deviations, and recommend the appropriate action plans accordingly.
Review and approve the Samsung Sales Section Sales Team’s requirements including manpower, and equipment to ensure efficiency and best utilization of resources while achieving cost reduction.
Identify new business opportunities through creating new communication lines with key stakeholders and customers in order to increase Andalus Electronics market share.
Conduct weekly meetings, with the Samsung Sales Section Sales Team to discuss work progress and any arising issues as well as attend meetings with Andalus Electronics Top Management whenever deemed necessary.
Maintain a strong relationship with all customers to increase Andalus Electronics client base, thus positively impacting the bottom-line results.
Minimize sales returns/damaged goods by monitoring returns, implementing the depletion plan and avoiding overstocking.
Manage the business relations with key customers and oversee the process of providing sales services in order to attain the company’s customers and increase retention levels.
Oversee the processing of Samsung customers’ orders and supervise the sales services in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep up to date with the market trends by understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, competitive products, legislation and brand awareness.
Build external networks to understand market trends & competitor activity that will allow the company to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to Direct Management covering all activities related to all Andalus Electronics Brands.
المهارات
Bachelor in Business Administration or related field.
Master’s degree in Business Administration would be an advantage.
Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in the same or related field.
