Determine the vacancy requirements through job description and liaises with department to understand the job/vacancy prerequisites and specifications.
Identifies and sources candidates through variety of the recruitment sources such as online job portals, social media, resume database, referrals etc.
Reviews, analyses and shortlist candidate profiles as per the JDs and business requirements.
Organizes and conducts interviews and assessments for the shortlisted candidates.
Assist in processing and entering employee information such as personal data, compensation and benefits in HR module.
Prepare employment contract and ensure adherence to the local laws and regulations
Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.
Ensure fulfilment of all employee separation procedures (i.e. resignation, termination, retirement, conducting exit interviews, etc).
Investigate disciplinary incidences and solve/reports to HR Lead suggesting next’s step and prepare summery reports.
Prepare internal, external memos, announcements, etc.
المهارات
Good verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Time management
Dynamic individual with an HR background with an ability to screen and select suitable candidates.
Knowledge of Kuwait labour law is an added advantage.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
