Generate Customer needs through site visits, meeting consultants, agencies and contractors etc.
Contact and set up meetings with potential customers for project drawings listen to their wishes and concerns and identify customer’s needs.
Study in drawings, Prepare quotations and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Negotiate final pricing with customers to close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
Advice clients with solutions that fits their requirements commercially and technically.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Assisting Customers with proper follow up, maintaining relations and negotiating and closing deals.
Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
المهارات
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor Degree in marketing or any other discipline from a recognized institute.
Experience with minimum 5+ years in similar role preferably in MEP Industry.
Proven passion and a successful track record in sales, with the ability to achieve quarterly targets and challenging sales objectives.
Strong customer services with polite behavior and focus with excellent verbal and written communication/listening skills.
Proven ability of understanding the sales processes, forecasting cycles and associated best practices.
Flexible, with prior experience on managing change and able to work with ambiguity.
Ready to work Indoor & Outdoor sales
Female candidates are preferred.
Strong Communication Skills (English & Arabic).
