الوصف الوظيفي · Identify opportunities and close sales targets based on leads that will be provided, through telemarketing, text messages, social media as well as Walk-ins. · Build loyalty and develop strong relationships with new and current customers · Advise customers on what classes, coaches, and training locations would be most suitable for the activities that · Maintain a CRM database for communicating with contacts, including mailing lists, contact numbers, and email. Keep up-to-date on locations, timings, and availability of running classes · Liaise with the British Academies administration and coaches on the availability of classes and events. · Reporting to management on Sales Status updates. · Respond to phone calls at the British Academies. المهارات · Experience in a sales role.
