Greets and helps clients and patients understand glasses recipes, frame selection, and lens selection
Management skills required to process requests, invoices and patient and dispensing of eyeglasses, non-prescription sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories
Share store maintenance and cleaning duties with co-workers by maintaining well organized work areas, accurate store records and files, greeting customers, answering telephones, inputting data, dusting merchandise displays, and vacuuming
Assist co-workers as needed, including rendering assistance to optometric practice
Handle the cash registers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintain a fully stocked store
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes
Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Follow all companies policies and procedures.
