Strive to achieve the maximum sales volume based on company’s objectives, monitor and ensure the best customer service on each sales within the assigned region.
Accountable for all the Air Conditioning sales activities in order to achieve the maximum sales based on company’s goal in coordination with concerned parties.
Analyze the market prices, obtain competitive sales judgements, identify current price level and provide technical supports to the sales team.
Monitor and ensure the best customer service on each sales, services and after sales services based on the standard terms & conditions.
Communicate with the suppliers and provide supports to the sales team in order to build a competitive customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
Discover new tactics on best sales and propose to GM for successful implementation.
Direct and provide best sales practice plans to the sales team in building strong relationships with key customers within the assigned region.
Identify the reason for losing the quoted jobs and sorting out right action plan for solving the problem.
Update the Suppliers & Principal’s about any difficulties in specific job and proposed plan for achieving the same.
Ensure maximum sales with maximum profit basis by setting the best competitive price in confirmation with the GM.
Provide weekly/ monthly sales, market survey reports and yearly promotional review reports and monthly stock movement reports to the GM.
Ensure the minimum required stock availability in the stores based on order placement and the average stock movements.
Reporting major customer complaints such as manufacturing defects, specification mismatching etc. if any to the GM and rectify it.
Coordinate with the suppliers and manage official correspondences, act as Trusted Advisor for the sales team and build trust and confidence between sales team and customers.
Suggest finding winning tools and ideas, ways of attracting customers, constructing strong quotations, follow-up, timely delivery to meet deadlines, closing invoice and deals with customers.
Train and control the entire sales team effectively to be able to complete and meet the aims of the Unit by visiting new, old customers and reporting the visits by setting goals, deadlines for sales.
Supervise the sales staff those who perform specific duties and strive to achieve sales targets, attain company product volume & market-share objectives and advice the GM pertaining the training requirements of specific staff if required.
