HR Officer is responsible for managing and administering the organization’s payroll system, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time. Additionally, the HR Officer will be responsible for a range of other HR-related tasks, including but not limited to:
Payroll: The HR Officer will be responsible for processing employee salaries, bonuses, and other compensation-related activities. This will involve accurately recording employee hours, calculating taxes, and other deductions, and ensuring that all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
Employee Records: The HR Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, including payroll records, vacation and sick leave, and other relevant data.
Benefits Administration: The HR Officer will also be responsible for administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Recruitment and Selection: The HR Officer may be involved in the recruitment and selection process, including preparing job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Employee Relations: The HR Officer will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and payroll regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
