Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) to join our team. The ABA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the function of challenging behavior.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the results of the functional behavior assessment.
Implement behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other staff members.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and healthcare providers, to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment planning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, including data collection and analysis.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
المهارات
The ideal candidate should have experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis,
Psychology, or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience working as an ABA.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
Experience working with children and adults across the lifespan with ASD
Experience in developing and implementing early intervention programs for young children with ASD
