The ideal candidate will have the ability to complete the daily operations of the retail fashion store and complete tasks related to customer service. They should be a confident salesperson
and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard less experienced team members.
This candidate should also possess strong communication skills and be able to cooperate with other employees in order to maintain the function of the store.
المهارات
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
Good command of the Arabic language
Familiarity with POS Systems is a plus
