Preparing correspondence related to cooperative societies management.
Prepare and follow up on all company licenses trade, signage, fire and municipality and make
sure that all are renewed and valid.
Handling Municipal fines, electricity, and water and telephone bills payments.
Handling all branches monthly rental.
Responsible of issuing promotions from Ministry of Commerce and industry.
Maintains all branches documents on a safe place, and store softcopy as a backup.
In-Charge of all rents cheques distribution and delivering the receipts to finance Department.
Providing branches and company accommodation with all requirements and needs.
المهارات
Proven experience as an Admin Coordinator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
