Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in individuals of all ages.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people with communication difficulties, possess
excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified communication difficulties
Use evidence-based techniques to help clients improve their speech, language, and swallowing skills
Provide counseling and education to clients and their families about communication disorders and treatment options
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to clients
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
المهارات
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (prefererd) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language
Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association (ASHA)
Knowledge of and experience with a variety of assessment and treatment techniques for communication disorders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience working with individuals of all ages and a variety of communication disorders
