الوصف الوظيفي -Develop strategies based on solid and comprehensive business plans for new business opportunities focused both on financial gain and company reputation. -Identify and target potential new customers and business partners. -Negotiate and close business deals. -Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. -Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. -Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. -Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to drive business growth. -Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the organization and its products/services. المهارات - Proven sales track record and market knowledge. · -Experience in customer support is a plus. - Outstanding verbal communication and negotiation skills with clients. -Ability to build rapport. -Strong time management,and planning skill Level of Educational Qualifications & Experience: -BSc/BA in engineering, business administration, sales, or relevant field (holding an MBA is a plus). - Over 8-10 years of experience in the State of Kuwait. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/business-development-manager-4663519/ |
