الوصف الوظيفي · Responsible for updating employee records including employment contract, medical insurance, social security, travel and residency according to the Saudi labor law, government-related transactions, termination, resignation, company’s cars insurances and maintenance… etc. to the HR database. · Maintain preventive actions imposed on erring associates in compliance with the approved company policies. · Track and monitor employees in terms of absenteeism, sick leaves and overtime related matter · Taking ownership and process employee vacations and settlement matters on time. · Close liaison with the government relation officer to update any modification in labor law, etc. and coordinate to resolve all the court related matter. · To input/scan document data (employee file) into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. · In charge of interviews for job applicants hiring and training them. المهارات · Has an experience in hiring in Saudi through various platforms. · Verbal and written communication skills. · Writes & speaks both English & Arabic fluently. · Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). · Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations. · Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork. · Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning. · Familiar with polo, international labor agencies and different labor embassies. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/hr-specialist-4637598/ |
