Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on air cooled chillers, such as cleaning and changing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring proper operation of all components.
Repairs: Diagnose and repair problems with air cooled chillers, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
Installation: Install new air cooled chillers in commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring that they are properly installed, connected, and functioning correctly.
Documentation: Document all maintenance, repair, and installation activities in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Customer service: Respond to customer complaints and requests for service, and work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Safety: Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and secure manner, following industry safety guidelines and regulations.
Training: Keep up to date with the latest technologies and techniques in air cooled chiller maintenance and repair, and participate in continuing education and training programs.
Parts inventory: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment, and order supplies as needed.

ITI / Diploma
The technician should have thorough Knowledge of Operation and maintenance of Air-cooled chillers components, control boards and Compressor Overhauling.
Technical knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of air cooled chillers, HVAC systems, and refrigeration principles, as well as knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
Electrical and mechanical aptitude: Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems, and to install and commission air cooled chillers.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues, and to think critically to find creative solutions to challenging problems.
