Responsible for managing operations of Citylink Shuttle and GoCity. Work closely with the head of operations and other stakeholders, to optimize and utilize business resources. Achieve set KPIs. Plan, monitor, and report operational parameters in line with set objectives and goals
Responsible for day-to-day operations of Citylink Shuttle and GoCity.
Planning of business operations, scheduling of resources, and dispatching of vehicles.
Data analysis of operations KPIs.
Recommend solutions for enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resources(vehicles), and increasing utilization(captains).
Project manage new operations for the division/company.
Create, maintain, and track management reports.
Share periodic updates with cross-functional team on business and operations.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
المهارات
Qualification:
· Bachelor/Postgraduate – Commerce/operations/system/computer science
Experience:
· At least 3 to 4 years in a similar role, managing/part of large-scale operations

Analytical

Excellent communication
Cross-functional projects management
Technical Skills
Proficient in using computers (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of business intelligence tools
Languages:
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Arabic/Hindi preferable
