Day-to-day support in DMS processes and activities and related systems.
Enable users to operate the DMS application.
Support Users with data management and report analytics.
Troubleshoot business applications and service-related problems.
Coordinate with the server and network teams to optimize day-to-day transactions.
Initiate logs and follow-up on calls to third-party vendors to ensure successful resolution of any business application problems.
Participate in and helps maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Analyze support incidents and prepare short-term/mid-term countermeasure plans.
Provide training for end-users.
Track and analyze recurring issues to provide permanent resolutions.
Ensure all users are timely trained on system upgrades and process changes.
Manage daily incidents while adhering to the timelines/resolution of the incident.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving reported challenges.
المهارات
Knowledge:
Knowledge of DMS’s operations, and implementation.
Dealership operations knowledge and principal’s requirement fulfillment.
Maintain knowledge related to dealer business process
Should have .NET and SQL experience
Skills:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to find innovative approaches to address issues or meet the requirement
