Assists the Presto Supervisor in the preparation of the Presto (Baking) sections to ensure that the requirements are met.
Assist the presto supervisor with the preparation of the items in presto menu.
Daily check up on the smooth performance of the assigned section’s machineries and equipment’s.
Keeping the stand clean and full of products.
Prompt and courteous greeting of customers upon serving
Should know the main ingredients of pizza & Pies (Fatayer) making.
Must be familiar with the section’s equipment (grill, fryer, pizza oven, sheeter, kneader…)
Maintains an attractive, neat, and clean showcase and display always.
Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
المهارات
Education:
· Highschool or higher.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar operations
Well organized, with good leadership skills
Language and Computer Knowledge:
· Computer Skills: Basic
· English Language: Fluent.
