الوصف الوظيفي
Job Role/ Responsibilities:

· Provide level 1 support to Dynamics Ax ERP users and escalating the issue to higher support officials by providing complete information to developer and other tech team to solve the issue

· Perform routine task in AX ERP assigned by Application manager to maintain ERP running smoothly.

· Maintaining a list of issue reported and closed

· Providing periodic report to Application manager of pending issues

المهارات
Experience and Skills:

· Bachelor Degree

· One to three years’ experience

· Understanding of business process like Accounting/supply chain/retail etc.

· Business application experience Any ERP or Dynamics AX is a plus point

· Understanding of business applications “form and Report”

· Application Trouble shooting/ understanding windows operating system

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).

· Understanding of software designing and development

· using any programming language, x++ is an advantage

· Understanding of AOT components in AX dynamics 2012 is plus point

· Microsoft Development tools visual studio.
