Training and supervising workers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
Reporting problems or potential problems to supervisors so they can be addressed before they become major issues
Training new employees in proper safety procedures and techniques for using equipment and machinery used on the job site
Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other construction managers to ensure the work site meets safety requirements and is compliant with building codes
Ensuring that workers are using standard operating procedures and adhering to safety regulations
Overseeing the installation of machinery, equipment, and other items used in manufacturing processes
Assigning work tasks to laborers, such as welders, carpenters, masons, painters, and other tradesmen

Education: BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical
