Review and develop existing HR policies and procedures within the business.
Develop and monitor annual departmental budget, goals and objectives and annual operational work plan for the department.
Creating a systematic database of employee details to streamline various in-house processes.
Use online hiring platforms for recruitment and sourcing purposes.
Conduct brainstorming sessions with individuals or groups to decide the type of development sessions.
Ensure key addressal of vital operational aspects to improve the company performance consistently.
Organize and maintain personnel records.
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Revise company policies.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
المهارات
Candidate should have minimum of 10 years experience.
Candidate should have experience in food industry.
Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
Has superior managerial and leadership qualities.
Utilizing digital tools to manage in-house corporate data with utmost diligence.
Cheerful individual with a knack of motivating individuals and converting employees into long-term assets.
Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
Ability to communicate freely with team members and understand the concerns from a neutral outlook.
