Supervising the work of maintenance workers or contractors who perform repairs or new construction projects onsite
Maintaining safety standards by inspecting facilities for hazards such as damaged floors or exposed wiring and taking appropriate action to correct the problem
Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, interior designers, and other professionals involved in designing and building new facilities or renovating existing ones
Reviewing plans for new construction projects to ensure they meet code requirements and have adequate support for walls, roofs, and other structures
Scheduling repairs to facilities, equipment, or grounds to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively
Coordinating with insurance companies to assess damage claims and repair damage to facilities
(accommodation, hotel/ companies/ schools..)
المهارات
Essential
Communication skills
A high level of IT skills with experience of Microsoft packages
IOSH or equivalent
Professional attitude and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Desirable
Experience of working in an environment where compliance to standards is key
Experience within the facilities management industry
Payroll experience
