Job Purpose:
Responsible for implementing the day to day merchandizing activities and ensuring that the right amount of products are available in the right place at the right price, at the appropriate time, in correct quantities and overall stock control is accurately maintained at the specified locations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement the Retail Department’s established policies, procedures, Electronics and other policies.
Implement the weekly visit schedule received from the Sales Executive in order to follow up and ensure that electronics brands are available and properly displayed in stores.
Implement merchandising strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations and company’s objectives and ensure all merchandizing meets Brand Guidelines and is in line with policies and Procedures.
Analyze sales figures, customer’s reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
Ensure all products are delivered to customers at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities as per the agreement between the company and customer (In coordination with the Supply Chain Department).
Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory in order to achieve customer retention.
Monitor stock movement and ensure stock is replenished as and when needed.
Perform ad-hoc activities and other duties as assigned by Direct Manager.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in the same or related field.
Communication Skills
Reliable and Dependable.
Detail Oriented.
Teamwork.
Time Management.
Achievement orientated.
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
