Coordinating with other hospital staff to ensure that patients receive high quality care
Ensuring that all hospital policies and procedures are followed, including infection control procedures and safety measures
Supervising and training staff, including nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals such as therapists or social workers
Evaluating and approving new staff members’ job applications
Working with insurance companies to ensure that claims are processed correctly and on time
المهارات
bachelor degree in relevant field or study
experience working with children in healthcare
experience dealing with children outside the medical environment
experience in managing teams
