Undertakes required quality initiatives, audits, risk management as due in conjunction with the Patient Safety.
Directs and coordinates investigation of complaints/incidents concerning in-effective service.
Reviews and evaluates patients’ medical records as part of documentation audits.
Interprets and implements quality improvement standards to ensure quality care is delivered to patients.
Review standards, existing hospital policies and procedures, and evaluate effectiveness of quality program.
Undertakes quality initiatives, risk management as required and assigned.
Development of various reports regarding performance against quality indicators.
Monitors and evaluates appropriateness of quality improvement plans and practices.
Collaborates and consults with other associated facilities regarding current quality improvement activities.
المهارات
Must have a good experience in Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation or any other international accreditation and licensing process.
Healthcare experience
Communicate effectively both verbally & written.
Computer proficiency in spreadsheet, data base, and word processing programs, such as MS Office.
Strong analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
Demonstrates the ability to resolve conflicts
