الوصف الوظيفي To provide a professional and effective supervisory service across all the company’s soft services including Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, and Landscaping. Candidate will fulfill a key role and will have a significant impact on the image and reputation of the company. Reports To: Facilities Manager. Responsibilities: · Supervise the daily activities of soft services teams. · Ensure staff are neat, presentable, wearing appropriate uniform, and meet good standards of personal hygiene. · Ensure efficient use of manpower and resources including sub-contractors and their staff. · Accurately monitor employee timesheets on a daily basis. · Carry out orientation and familiarization with new employees. · Fostering a working environment that encourages a learning culture. (Training and development, monitoring & mentoring of staff performance). · Respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and call centre requests. · Report to Facilities Manager on work progress and issues on a daily basis. · Provide progress reports on allocated work orders, as required. · Compile daily inspection checklist to monitor standard of work and completion to the schedule. · Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests. · Administration and clerical responsibilities as required by job. · Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel, tenants, and customers. · Ensures that all staffs are aware of all of our safety procedures and adhere to them unfailingly. · Ensure that all staff is aware of the need and are trained to use, appropriate protective clothing and equipment. · Ensure that site equipment and materials are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. · Bringing any safety concerns to the attention of the Facilities Manager that they personally cannot manage or resolve. · Promptly report any workplace injuries to the Facilities Manager and assist with any internal and external accident investigations. · Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates related to soft services. · Assist Facilitates Manager in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for soft services staff. · Any other reasonable task requested by supervisor or management. المهارات · Appropriate level of education with relevant soft services qualifications and or knowledge. · Good command of South Asian Languages (Bangali or Hindi or Bali) and written and spoken English is a must. · Working knowledge of Arabic is a plus. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/soft-service-supervisor-4552433/?from_job_search=/ar/jobs/?filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B0%5D=ae&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B1%5D=kw&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B2%5D=qa&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B3%5D=sa&jobId=4494605&options%5Bjb_is_external_job%5D%5B0%5D=1&page=3 |
