The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop annual marketing strategy for all subsidiaries which includes The Burrow Life, The Burrow Queens and The Burrow Recovery Center.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets.
Lead the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaborations.
Organize a calendar of marketing events.
Manage all social channels of the company.
Create creative content for social channels including but not limited to photography, videography and graphic work.
Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target audience.
Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in all social channels.
Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
Develop content of marketing campaigns and lead the execution.
المهارات
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
5+ years of prior experience as a marketing executive
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
A thorough understanding of social media trends.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
