Trade Channel Manager - Food ServiceMaximize volume and revenue in assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.Ensure that revenue targets and sales margins of assigned accounts are met.Manage collections and generate collections reports on a regular basis.Acquire new food service accounts through identifying market potentials.Report market and competitors’ activities with recommendations on actions and objectives that should be adhered to.Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers through regular visits and follow-ups.Coordinate with the category team to manage inventory requirements and making monthly forecasts. Monitor stock/inventory reports daily.Monitor product performance, identifying non-performing stock and recommending optimal action where necessary.Guide and support the sales team while making sure they are properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their objectives.
