Job Summary:
Assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The sales and marketing manager’s responsibilities include generating unique marketing & sales plans, engaging with clients, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. The sales and marketing manager represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Conducting market research & analysis to identify and quantify high-yielding opportunities & potential clients or products.
Provide insights to market trends and company position in the industry by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Prepare sales goals & targets and setting product pricing in coordination with relevant departments.
Analyze past sales patterns to base current pricing schemes.
Formulate a marketing strategy to best reach potential clients which utilizing marketing techniques, such as direct communication, emails, phone calls and others.
Keep a record of all communication and marketing efforts, in coordination with relevant departments.
Maintain and create awareness of company branding & identity.
Manage company presence on media platform, such as the website, email, and social media networks.
Conduct routine follow-up with prospective clients & manage a documented information list for all clients/leads.
Collect requirements for products from potential clients and penetrate the market.
Responsible of the successful delivery of products to clients based on the agreed timeline and with all accessories and documentation in accordance with PO or contract.
Communicate with relevant departments to fulfill clients’ purchase orders and meet contractual requirements from initiation to closing.
Review any amendments with relation to POs or contracts and resolve any deviation from the PO/contract in coordination with the client and relevant departments.
Ensure all clients’ requirements are clear and documented in the PO or contract.
Ensure the company can cover all PO or contract requirements, in term of product capabilities, in addition to any statutory/regulatory requirements for products.
Report on clients and sales volume on a monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
Report any feedback or issues to relevant departments regarding delivered product.
Report any feedback to relevant departments regarding testing samples submitted to clients.
Adhere to ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Procedures and ensuring that marketing & sales efforts are well documented.
Suggest & implement approved enhancements to operational quality in accordance with ISO9001:2015 change management procedure.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
3 – 5 years experience in marketing or sales.
2 – 3 years experience in chemical or hygienic products company.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis, visualization and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
