Assisting customers in overcoming the problems they face and providing adequate answers to all their inquiries
Providing support and assistance to the company’s employees and customers
Solve technical problems for customers and employees
Communicate with customers through various means and communication sites
Maintaining a positive approach in dealing and showing interest in dealing with problems
Determining the priority of problems, issues and complaints to be dealt with.
Achieving and ensuring customer satisfaction and providing all information
Maintain records of customer communication, transactions, comments and complaints
Directing installation engineers in cases that require it
