Manufacturing Director
15 years Job Description : MANUFACTURING DIRECTOR FMCG KUWAIT a leading regional player, supplying food and beverage products across the Middle East region. They are currently seeking a Manufacturing Director that will oversee core aspects of operations, including production, compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement. The role will manage a team of 7-8 but have broader accountability for an operations workforce of circa 1000 staff members. Ideal candidates should possess: - proven operations background in consumer goods and specifically within food / beverage processing - background in delivering multiple manufacturing strategic improvements (including lean / kaizen) - ideally around 20 years’ cumulative experience with at least 5-10 years operating at a senior level Total package on offer is c. 200 - 210k USD tax free plus bonus potential Country : Kuwait Posted on : 25-05-2022
