Achieve sales targets with gross profile and required growth.
Full responsibilities closing the sales cycle (proposal, delivery, payment)
Acquire new customers through calls and visits coverage.
Handle customers’ potential customer inquiries.
Providing sales activity plans and monthly forecasts within assign customer list .
Speed up the resolution of customer problems/complaints.
Develop maintain customer’s loyalty.
Contacting clients to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales. .
Develop proposal to meet customer requirement. Identification of customers’ need.
Establish, maintain, develop and expand relationships with customers at all levels.
Negotiating terms / conclusion of contracts to guarantee certainty of supply with best terms.
Definition and implementation of sourcing strategy to achieve maximum profit and business objectives.
Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities and potential for new products / services.
Full responsibility about the receivable and collection within his own deals.
Responsible for collecting Customer Satisfaction Survey from his customers.
Preparing sales visit report , sales forecast.
Achieve both the company and vendor targets as per assigned sales quote .
Monitoring the outstanding ( Cash within a time limit ) balance.
Establish new leads, grow the sales pipeline, and implement strategies of increased market penetration
that meet short and long-term business objectives.
Facilitate all the delivery, prices problems that may be created within sales process.
Monitoring the receivables within the whole accounts.
Following up sales and orders information and assure the delivery and payment according the offered conditions and within the company policy.
