Maintain a customer focused approach to deliver GAME Service Excellence and display salesmanship spirit,
Ensure proper aftersales services and customers receive their products on time and in good quality.
Manage customer complaints and grievance in a professional way,
Ensure the development, implementation and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team.
Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities. Monitor monthly CRM database reporting.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are as per company guidelines,
Maintain Cleanliness in the store on floor and in the inventory
Maintain and organize the inventory in a systematic way
Build Customer relationship and understand customers needs and requirements
المهارات
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
