Plan and draw up Production Schedules
Monitor the production process and adjust as necessary
Monitor Productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control procedures
Ensure client orders are completed on time and that quality standards and targets are met
Assist Operations Manager in continuous improvement projects
Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports
Supervise and motivate a team of workers
Review employee performance and identify training needs
Undertaking and managing of monthly stock counts
managing the production teams to ensure that time and cost targets are achieved.

Skills and Qualifications :
professional experience with manufacturing background
experience of managing a multicultural workforce
familiar with the latest production equipment.
Ability to ‘get things done’ in an efficient and timely manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take ownership and responsibility
Must be able to work proactively and under pressure
Excellent reporting skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
Eastern European Nationalities are plus
