الوصف الوظيفي · Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information, carry out visual inspection and vehicle receival. · Prepare Repair order as per the service schedule, write brief description about customer’s concern and inform customer about service price and delivery time. · co ordinate with workshop staff to carry out the job mentioned in the repair order · monitor repair work progress, contact customer regarding any changes in the estimate, promised time, get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed · Establish customer payment method i.e cash, credit , approval etc · close repair order as appropriate · keep service departments forms, price list, and pricing etc up to date · Handles telephone enquiries regarding appointments and work in progress · Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor · Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and job cards are closed. · Comply with company policies and procedures at all times. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/service-advisor-4506326/ |
