Job Description
* Interact with patients and their families (if needed) to address concerns or special needs that may arise during their course of treatment. * Work with healthcare team and administration to solve problems that patients may have. * Respond to and investigate complaints and concerns. * Collect data about patient care problems. * Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency. * Perform other duties related to the job ass assigned by the Direct Manager. * Facilitate the resolution of the patients and their families concerns with the staff and physicians.
Skills
* Applicant must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle, and supervisory levels of management. * Applicant must be able to work independently. * Applicant requires basic planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills. * Requires analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data. * Applicant must be knowledgeable in MS Office software application such as Word, Excel, and Access. * They must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
