Job Overview
Marketing coordinator is to manage all daily activities of company marketing dept. - Research to identify company clients and competition. - Coordinate events including speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits. - Planning and concept development and execution of print and media campaigns - Maintain organization Web site up to date the pictures, announcements, online once per week . - Develops and provides marketing and public relations programs. - Plans and implements marketing and public relations programs to increase membership growth and retention. - Designs and implements plans to market events and products. - Works in coordination with the Events and Education Coordinators on marketing events. - Maintains database of company media contacts. - Invites media for events and serves as onsite media contact. - Maintains database of company advertising contacts. - Designs, negotiates, and buys advertising in local media
