الوصف الوظيفي As a NOC engineer for Kalaam Group, the one-stop digital solutions provider, you will be reasonable to provide first level support on all products and services. We are looking for someone that is excited and motivated towards their responsibility of ensures maximum service availability to external and internal customers, managing content delivery networks and configures monitors. Duties and responsibilities: • Working on a 24x7 shift pattern, within the Network Operations Centre. • Continuous Monitoring Voice Communication Network (SS7, SIP, H323) Data Network (TCPIP, DNS) • The Shift Engineer will ensure that all Faults, Activation requests are carried out to comply with Service Level Agreements, and that all processes and procedures are being correctly followed. • Liaise and task Field Engineers to manage and clear both network and customer faults. • Monitors network traffic (IP Path), Latency to identify problems and make capacity planning recommendations with the help of NMS and monitoring tools. • Fault trouble shooting of Bit stream (ADSL), DIA, Leased line and MPLS, GMPLS and VAS (SMPP & Web tool) customers • Communicate with other Network Operation Centers and escalate where necessary both internally and externally. • Handle escalations and be a focal point to all Voice service-related queries. • Maintain proper documentation, Case history with the help of Trouble ticket system. • Handle daily monitoring report on Voice utilization Configuration management, network performance management, monitor network traffic to identify problems • Maintains and updates the network and security infrastructure, tests, and implements vendor security patches, workarounds for unmatched security vulnerabilities • Performs other duties of a similar nature or level. • Need Inclusion of Data knowledge المهارات • Bachelor’s Degree in computers, Electronics/ Telecommunication Field. Skills, abilities, and Experience: • Experience with various computing systems and technologies. • Great English written/verbal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently or in a team and meet deadlines. • Ability to Configure VOICE user devices such as ATA, IP PHONES, SIP Phones, Mobile Dialers & SIP dialers etc. • Expert knowledge of Windows client operating systems and centralized management and troubleshooting techniques • Experience with firewalls, VPN and other access UTM devices. • Successful in providing technical support and problem resolution for unfamiliar software and hardware • Ability to generate and maintain clear technical documentation and support records • Availability during non-business hours, including rotating evening and weekend support • Good knowledge and understanding of switching and routing protocols. • Strong Knowledge on VOICE elements such as protocols - SIP / H323 / MGCP, signaling – Proxy, media Proxy, Routed mode, Voice VPN tunneling • Ability to analysis network packets with Packet Analyzer to understand the issues nature with tools such as ethereal / wire shark etc. • VOIP, Router, VPN, VLAN, Voice Protocol, Signaling Theories • Detailed understanding of protocol specifications (TCP, UDP, ICMP), understand and interpret route tables • Able to effectively troubleshoot complex network problems including ability to capture and interpret packet traces, and use various troubleshooting tools (ping, trace route, etc...) • Understanding use and transmission of higher-level applications (FTP, HTTP, DNS) • Able to do basic troubleshooting related to communication and sharing of route information • Good analytical skills and communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/noc-engineer-4495341/ |
