الوصف الوظيفي 1. Answer telephone and email inquiries regarding customer bookings, pricing, cancellations, amendments and billing queries. 2. Liaising with internal colleagues and external customers and in order to resolve problems and ensure an effective and professional service delivery. 3. Ensure all customer interactions adhere to our internal quality standards. 4.
