الوصف الوظيفي § Oversee the company branches including People, Processes, Policy & Products within the designated area of responsibility, ensuring all staff and management work towards achieving organizational objectives. § Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. § Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits; § Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met; § Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues; § Responding to customer complaints and comments; § Promoting the organization locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general; § Organizing the execution of special promotions, displays and events; § Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues; § Along with Marketing, maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing; Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market; § To work with the Visual Merchandising & Space Management team and ensure proper plan & adjacencies that support departmental plans and store capabilities. § Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures. § Select, train, motivate. Performance appraisals, devising PDP, coaching and evaluate department personnel. Direct, co-ordinate and review work plans for the department, assign activities, monitor work flow, review and evaluate policies and procedures § Holds monthly updates with team members and key strategic partners in the office for dissemination of information; prepares management meetings for dissemination of information § Be a lead Ambassador of Fantasy World at all times المهارات § Degree or Diploma in a relevant field § 8+ years progressively responsible experience in business management and budget administration; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience § Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer § Strong analytical skills& compliance driven High level of verbal and written communication skills (English essential, Arabic is an added asset). § Communication: Clearly conveying and receiving information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience, helps them understand and retain the message, and permits response and feedback from the audience Decision Making: Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action § or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences § Continues Learning : Actively identifying new areas for learning; regularly creating and taking advantage of learning opportunities; using newly gained knowledge and skill on the job and learning through their application. § Target Oriented : Sets goals, shows willingness to take risks, takes courage to perform uncomfortable tasks, self motivated. § Technical Knowledge : Possessing, acquiring, and maintaining the technical/ professional expertise required to do the job effectively and to create customer solutions. Technical/professional expertise demonstrated through problem solving, applying technical knowledge, and product and service management for the functional area which one operates. § Developing team’s success : Using appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to develop a cohesive team; facilitating the competition team goals. § Customer Service : Making customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
