Responsibilities:
Review of electrical and low voltage shop drawings in line with approved design, contract terms of reference, project specifications and local/international standards.
Review of technical submittals as per contract terms of reference, project specifications and local/international standards.
Coordination with other disciplines (architectural, structural,…etc) and providing necessary technical feedback as required.
Supervising site activities related to electrical and low voltage systems as per project quality procedures.
Monitoring site progress related to electrical and low voltage systems and preparation of weekly progress reports.
Review of checklists submitted by subcontractor prior to submission for Consultant’s review and approval.
Interaction with consultant, subcontractors,…etc
Investigate problems and coordinate with concerned parties to resolve.
Review payments with the consultant.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
