Create new sales and marketing strategies to attract clients and understand their future needs and recognize additional business potential.
Generate high-quality sales leads of hardware, software and manage daily correspondence with existing clients for service maintenance and repair of hardware.
Attend to daily jobs of hardware service maintenance calls from customers.
Good knowledge of the latest technologies and of the upgrades in the products and services.
Advise clients with solutions that fit their requirements commercially and technically.
Plan, execute, and report for monthly or quarterly sales, gross margin targets, and future sales opportunities.
Manage technical presentations for existing and new clients.
Identify areas to improve existing customer satisfaction and communicate to higher management for possible solutions.
Supervise the smooth and proper execution of the sales orders.
المهارات
Outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, and responsiveness to customer requests.
Excellent listening, negotiation, sourcing, sales, and follow-up skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and preferably be a KSE member.
Residency Visa: 18 transferable.
Immediate joining.
