Achieve annual sales goals and participate in annual business planning process as it relates to sales.
Work with authorities, consultants, designers, contractors, home centers, kitchen dealers and bath dealers etc., to promote and specify our products and to guide and drive sales growth.
Properly cater to clients interested in Corian and other solid surface custom made products (vanities, kitchen tops, desktops, cabinets, drawers, furniture, etc.) and/or related accessories.
Prepare and develop initial drawings, models, images, samples, materials, mood boards and other documents relating to the coordination of design elements.
Arrange for contract documents, initial customer site readiness assessment, measurement taking and capture site electromechanical situation.
Analyze information to determine design factors such as colors, size, shapes, quantities and arrangement of parts. Then, prepare initial design/products quotation.
Collaborate with staff to prepare final coordinated designs using company procedures.
Generate final product quotation and set the right customer expectations related to contract terms and conditions as well as delivery and installation services and its related schedule.
Finalize Sales Contract including final design drawings (2D & 3D) and get all of it signed by clients.
Place fabrication orders in coordination with workshop.
Follow up with concerned departments regarding fabrication priorities, status, and installation.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout value chain through reliable customer service, delivery/supply and complaint handling (warranty and others).
Properly feed and utilize ERP, Design applications and tools in timely fashion.
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all staff.
Gain thorough understanding of market dynamics and activities within our industry brands and among key fabrication competitors. Implement sales and marketing strategies to promote growth.
Establish management relations with key customers throughout the value chain to gain preferred share position. In addition, collect and report competitive intelligence within our industry.
Provide projects sales forecasting and create monthly marketing reports.
المهارات
Undergraduate degree (preferred) or diploma degree in engineering, interior design or business.
A Minimum of 3 years in furniture design and sales within a reputable organization in the region for fabrication of solid surfaces or another building/interior product.
Experience working with fabricators, contractors, kitchen dealers, Home Centers, and designers.
Excellent oral and written (Arabic/English), communication and organization skills
Should be an excellent communicator, customer focused and achievement oriented.
Excellent Microsoft office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
Excellent selling skills and strong marketing knowledge
The energy and focus to achieve goals and be results oriented.
Ability to think and work independently and with others.
Willing to engage in constructive conflict.
Strong creative, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Required Software skills: Microsoft Office, Sketchup, and AutoCAD
