Need to organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
Responsibility
Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
Reports to and receive technical and operational supervision from designated supervisory personnel.
Performs cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, as directed
Independently provides financial reporting and trending, with oversight, for the project cost engineer.
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. To determine the specifications of the project.
Develop and review schedule corrective actions and recovery plans and verify needed actions/plans.
Provide field-level planning support for site construction.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.
10 + years’ experience is required.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Primavera.
Can cope with flexible hours.
The ability to accept and understand instructions.
